ROBUSTA COFFEE

Robusta coffee comes mainly from the low-lying regions of Central Africa and Southeast Asia. Renowned for its bold and robust character, Robusta beans offer distinctive notes of dark chocolate and a bitter, earthy character. These characteristics make Robusta particularly appreciated in espresso blends, giving it a rich body and better foam.

ARABICA COFFEE

Arabica coffee, originally from the mountains of Ethiopia, is now grown in mountainous regions around the world, including Latin America, East Africa and Asia. Characterized by a sweeter taste and complex aromatic notes, ranging from floral to fruity, Arabica is often considered the coffee of choice for connoisseurs. Its caffeine content is lower than that of Robusta, which contributes to its acidity and richness of flavor.
