Product
Cocoa is obtained from the dried beans of the cacao tree (Theobroma cacao). Widely used as a basic ingredient in chocolate making, it is renowned for its rich aromas as well as its nutritional benefits. Sourced from carefully selected crops, each bean reflects the quality of its origin, offering a varied range of flavors.

Cocoa beans
We export top-quality cocoa beans from Ghana, Côte d’Ivoire, Ecuador and Peru, offering a unique richness of flavor and an excellent base for processing into finished products.

Cocoa butter
Our cocoa butter is available in natural or refined (deodorized) form, sourced from West Africa and Latin America. We supply it in block or liquid form, mainly for the European market.

Cocoa powder
We offer a variety of cocoa powders to meet various needs, including :
- Natural (10-12 % fats)
- Dutch Processed (10-12 %, alkalinized)
- Black (10-12 %, strongly alkalinized)
- High-Fat (20-24 % fats)
- Low-Fat (6-8 % fats)

Cocoa mass
Made from the careful grinding of roasted cocoa beans, our cocoa liquor enhances chocolate and confectionery creations with unique notes, drawn from its varied origins.

Cocoa cake
Our cocoa cakes, produced by pressing the cocoa mass, are available in alkalized and natural versions, each offering distinct characteristics. The alkalized version has a milder flavor profile and darker color, while the natural version captures the intense, authentic essence of cocoa.

Cocoa Nibs & Schells
Sourced from Ghana and Nigeria, our Cocoa Nibs enrich fillings and pastries with a savory crunch, while cocoa shells offer a subtle touch of chocolate, creating a rich and satisfying culinary experience.
